Job Description

PURPOSE:
Responsible in the repair and maintenance of STP/WRF electrical circuits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Should report to the plant at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM everyday including Saturdays.
 Directly reporting to Plant Supervisor and Operation Head
 Take in charge repair and maintenance of electrical circuits, panel boards, electrical wires, VFD’s,
Pump Motors and Aerator Motors existing in the Plant.
 Take in charge in the testing of Submersible Pumps, Distribution Pumps, Backwash Pumps, Chlorine
Dosing Pumps and Aerator Motors assembled by the Mechanical Pipe Fitter.
 Assist Mechanical Pipe Fitter on the repair, inspection and maintenance of all running equipment of
STP/WRF such as Submersible Pumps, Distribution Pumps, Backwash Pumps, Chlorine Dosing Pumps
and Aerator Motors.
 Escalate any abnormalities found to Plant Supervisor or the STP/WRF Operators and initiate
deviation report or incident report.
 Generate a Repair & Maintenance Report handed by the Plant Supervisor
 Assist and attend plant operation personnel problem with regards to equipment operation.
 Maintain the highest level of code of conduct, work ethics and transparency of the plant.
 Initiate, drive and implement 5’S in the plant
 Initiate, drive plant operation improvement and do proposal to plant supervisor.
 Ensure quality assurance of maintenance by strictly implementing quality programs instructed by the
plant supervisor.
 Other duties and responsibilities instructed by immediate superior deem necessary for the
improvement of plant operation.
