Job Description
Manage client relationship and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Prepare and present event proposals, customized solutions and pricing packages to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
