Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and commission solar photovoltaic systems according to local and national electrical codes.
Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar PV systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform electrical upgrades and service panel changes as needed for solar system installations.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspection authorities.
Complete all required installation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electrical work; solar installation experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of grid-tied and off-grid solar systems.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred.)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (preferred.)
