Accounting Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance (1–2 years preferred, but open to fresh graduates with strong academic credentials).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
