Job Description
Qualification:
- Has experience as a Recruitment Team Lead for almost 3 years now
- Leading a total of 10 people, 6 recruiters and 4 Talent Acquisition Officers. All are directly reporting to him.
- Handled end-to-end recruitment process, both in volume hiring and non-agent roles.
- Involved in planning both the short-term and long-term goals of the company, even with strategizing.
- Working closely with the stakeholders and clients from time to time, communicating regarding the needs of the organizations through calibrations and direct reports.
