Job Description
● Implement strategic business plan to develop more clients and ensure the Company’s
strong presence in his assigned territory.
● Manage the performance and sales growth/targets of his sales team.
● Forecast sales and revenues of his assigned territory.
● Ensure sales team’s adherence to sales processes and protocols.
● Maximize sale of existing and slow & non-moving SKUs through proper planning and
coordination.
● Analyze monthly reports on sales, inventory, pricing, and competition.
● Maintain good business relationships among clients.
● Consult with the Senior Sales Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt
and appropriate resolutions.
● Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations
in relation to this job position.
Salary: 70,000.00
