Job Description
Oversee the development and implementation of the company's real estate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Lead in conducting scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities.
Provide the financial data and analysis essential in business review and decisions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Experience in real estate, a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Has an understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
Capability in market research and feasibility study.
