With 2 Saturday schedules per month
Required Experience:
-Bachelor's degree holder. Preferably with an MBA.
-Must have at least 11 years of experience in Production
-With at least 5 years of experience as a Manager.
-Wit Plastic Injection and Assembly Background
JOB SUMMARY
1. Manage the overall operation to produce good quality parts according to production schedule with minimum cost
MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Continuously increase the ratio of good parts produced.
2. Continuously increase manpower efficiency.
3. Continuously increase productivity by process improvement.
