Leads day-to-day operations for multiple residential construction projects. Plans, monitors, reassesses priorities, and ensures quality and timeline compliance. Acts as a key communicator between teams and top management.
Requirements:
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Certified)
Minimum 5 years' experience in general residential construction
Strong leadership, delegation, and project management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Salary: ₱80,000 - ₱100,000 (depending on experience)
