Job Description

TASQ is actively seeking to fill an on-site position for a call center trainer in Ortigas as soon as possible.

The pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position Overview: Trainer (Ortigas)**

**Requirements:**

- **Insurance Industry Experience:** Extensive experience in the insurance sector, especially in claims handling, is crucial. Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years or more of relevant experience.

- **Specific Claims Knowledge:** A solid understanding of different types of insurance claims (such as property, casualty, auto, health, and life), claims processes, and applicable regulations is necessary.

- **Training/Instructional Experience:** Prior experience in a training or instructional capacity is highly preferred, which may involve designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certifications in insurance or claims.

**Work Schedule:** Night Shift
