Job Description
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting
3.Familiarity with network setup, configuration, and maintenance
4.Proficiency in using IT support tools and helpdesk ticketing systems
5.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7.Good communication skills to support non-technical users
