We’re Hiring: On-site Customer Service Representative (with Bookkeeping & VA Background)
Location: Baguio City | Full-time | On-site Only
We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who’s not only great with people, but also brings experience in bookkeeping and virtual assistance to the table. If you're based in Baguio City and ready to work on-site, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role:
Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Support daily admin and VA duties (scheduling, email management, etc.)
Keep records organized and help streamline internal processes
Collaborate closely with our on-site team
What You Bring:
Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong commitment to full-time, on-site work (40 hours/week)
Solid knowledge of Excel – especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Experience in bookkeeping and/or virtual assistance
HubSpot CRM knowledge is a big plus
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
