Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service over the phone
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Good Communication Skills
With or without BPO experience
