Job Description

Sapient Global Services is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial Account. Join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while growing your career in a stable and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with financial product inquiries and account-related concerns
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Resolve billing issues, payment concerns, and account discrepancies
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on financial services
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduates preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• BPO experience in a financial account is an advantage but not required
