Job Description
If you're a high school or senior high school graduate, with or without call center experience, and you're confident in your communication skills, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers with their financial account questions and concerns in a clear, helpful way.
- Use tools and training to solve problems quickly and correctly.
- Work with your team to make every customer feel heard and supported.
Needed Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Open to college undergrads, college graduates, SHS graduates, or HS grads (old curriculum)
- No experience required
