Job Description

Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably those with team management experience
2. Be familiar with all personnel modules, especially the recruitment direction;
3. Be Familiar with local labor regulations and related regulations
4. Good communication and organizational skills
5. Have problem solving and conflict management skills
6. Experience in a Casino Industry is a MUST

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop human resource strategies and goals, and collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
2.Plan and manage recruitment activities to attract suitable talent to the company.
3.Manage employee relations, maintain harmonious and stable labor relations within the company, and handle employee complaints and disputes.
4.Implement employee training and development plans, identify training needs, organize and oversee training activities, and enhance employee skills and capabilities.
5.Assist in formulating performance evaluation standards and conduct regular performance reviews for employees.
6.Oversee compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and manage employee benefit plans.
7.Support employee development and promotion, provide career planning advice, and manage succession planning and talent reserves.
8.Ensure that all human resource policies and practices comply with local laws and labor regulations.
