Job Description
- Business Process Management: Set up and optimize Workday business processes, workflows, and task assignments.
- Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Data Integrity: Oversee data import/export and ensure high-quality data management across systems.
- Module Expertise: Provide support and manage core Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and more.
- User Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide tier-1 and tier-2 support for system users.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create custom Workday reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure Workday processes adhere to regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 2–3 years of Workday or HRIS support experience (HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, etc.)
- Tools & Tech: Familiarity with Workday tools (EIB, Studio, Report Writer), basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., SQL, XML, XSLT)
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams
- Work Setup: Amenable to night shifts or shifting schedules; BPO/shared services experience is a plus
- Salary:
- ₱50,000.00 Monthly
