Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of QA experience in a BPO, tech, or service-oriented environment
- 1+ year of leadership/supervisory experience in a QA or operations team
- Strong understanding of quality monitoring tools, scorecards, and QA metrics
- Excellent analytical and coaching skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Salary:
- ₱35,000.00 Monthly
