Job Description
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Strong knowledge of government-mandated compliance, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reporting and filing requirements.
Hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, including computation of salaries, tax withholdings, and statutory contributions.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead accounting staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and provide on-site support across various locations in Metro Manila.
Proficient in the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and MYOB is highly preferred.
