Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Vacation and Rental (Blended Voice/Nonvoice) professional to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City. In this full-time position, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service across both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring our clients' guests have an outstanding experience.
What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and providing assistance through various digital channels
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to vacation rentals and guest experiences
Efficiently managing bookings, reservations, and modifications
Providing detailed information about rental properties, amenities, and local attractions
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating reservation systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
Adhering to quality and performance standards to deliver exceptional service
What we're looking for:
College Graduate + minimum 3 mos. of BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and reservation systems
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and upholding the company's values
