Job Description
1. Create and maintain production schedules and ensure that they are aligned with
customer demand.
2. Communicate with various departments, including purchasing, engineering,
production and sales to ensure that production are on schedule and meet requirements.
3. Resolve schedule conflicts and adjust production schedule if needed.
4. Monitor production metrics such as efficiency and utilization.
5. Monitors daily output and inventory of stocks
6. Determine material, tools, equipment and manpower requirement.
7. Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given
demand/requirements
8. Execute delivery plans, monitor and update the delivery status.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering or similar field.
-With strong analytical and good in problem solving
-With strong communication skills both oral and written
