Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative for an Insurance account, you will assist policyholders with inquiries about coverage, claims, billing, and policy updates. You’ll provide clear information, guide customers through insurance processes, and ensure each interaction is handled with accuracy and care, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salary:
- ₱24,000.00 Monthly
