Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative for a Media and Communications account, you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital services, subscriptions, and content access. You'll handle service requests, troubleshoot common issues, and provide support through phone or chat—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every interaction.
Qualifications
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
