Job Description
Salary: Up to PHP 22,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Summary:
Support clients with payment arrangements, billing disputes, and overdue accounts in a calm, courteous, and professional manner. This role blends voice and non-voice tasks and requires empathy, firmness, and a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Background in collections or finance support is a plus
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skill
- Salary:
- ₱22,000.00 Monthly
