Job Description
Salary: Up to PHP 23,000

Job Summary:
Provide customer care in a blended (voice and non-voice) setting for a major retail brand. Support includes handling order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and escalations—ensuring a top-notch online and in-store customer experience.
Qualifications:
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using e-commerce systems and tools
- Salary:
- ₱23,000.00 Monthly
