Job Description
*Sets short and long-term sales strategies and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the current sales program;
*Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential;
*Lead and direct the work of the entire sales department;
*Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
*At least 5 years solid experience as Sales Manager preferably in a retail /distribution setting;
*Strong leadership and delegation skills;
*Ability to forecast sales goals and create sales plans, including implementation of sales strategies;
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office Applications;
*Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills;
*Ability to train, mentor, coach and motivate sales people
