We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team for a Telecommunications Account. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support primarily through digital channels such as email, chat, and messaging platforms. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing product information, processing service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction without the use of voice communication.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for helping customers, strong written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or telecom-related roles is a plus.
