Job Description

R&D DOCUMENTATION ASSOCIATE - FOOD INGREDIENT MANUFACTURING COMPANY -CALAUAN LAGUNA

Designation will be assigned in our manufacturing plant in Calauan, Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible in preparation and accomplishment of all R&D related documents requested by Customer Service Department.

Ensure that all technical documents are updated and accurate.

Provide work efficiency to most departments by making technical documents readily available in the external folder.

Assists the Food Safety Team in drafting ISO-related R&D documents.

Assists in CPR application

Participates in corporate audits (supplier, customer, and internal company audits) to provide R&D-related documents

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing set up.

Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO)

Knowledge in different regulatory standards

Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably graduate in BS Food Technology or other related science courses.

At least one (1) year of related experience.
