Clothing Store Manager Trainee - SM Sta Rosa

Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Assist Management Team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Actively maintains a global brand image
Assist Management Team in leading store meetings
Oversee daily store operations
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
Ensures that merchandise display is according to set standards
Additional store manager trainee duties as needed

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course (Those with honors will be considered first)
Proven successful experience as a retail store manager, preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand
Proven leadership skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches
Willing to work under varying schedules
