Job Description
• Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.
• At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
• Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Supervise daily production operations and personnel
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
Train and mentor production staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues
