One of the Business Partner of BPO Company. We source and we endorsed a quality applicants. We also conduct a initial interview to the applicant, and we screen if he or she is elligible to proceed for the next process. If he or she is passed for the initial interview, we assist them for their assessment. We conduct a 2-3 hrs traning via MS Teams before they'll proceed for their assessment. If he or she is already done for the assessment , we will conduct a final interview. We have a 2 process on our company. First, is the Regular, wherein we only conduct a pre-screening interview on them and if they'll passed we will invite them on the site to proceed for the next step. Secondly, is the RPO wherein we assist and process them end to end until they'll get hired and get they're job offer.
