Job Description
- Conduct field audits of retail stores/branches nationwide to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify inventory, sales, and cash handling, including physical counts and reconciliation.
- Assess operational controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Detect and investigate fraud or irregularities in store operations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks assessments, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or any business-related courses.
- Relative experience in the field of Internal Audit is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to travel and do fieldwork nationwide.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications or any data analytics tool
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in the Makati and can start ASAP.
