Position: Mid - Level Backend Developer
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Cebu
Work Set up: Monday- Friday (Week Ends Off)
Salary: Php40,000 - Php70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Permanent Work-From-Home Arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
Proficient in one or more backend programming languages
Extensive experience of one of this Programming language (Javascript, PHP, Ruby, Python)
Programming skills in MVC frameworks: Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Django, Nest.js
Familiarity with HTML, Javascript and CSS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members.
Optimize performance and ensure high availability of backend systems.
Maintain data security and privacy.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
