Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work onsite and be expected to provide outstanding customer service to our clients located BGC site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, and chat support
- Escalating issues to the appropriate technical support teams for resolution
- Documenting all customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system
- Providing accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their technical issues
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base by documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications:
- At least 36 months of experience in a BPO role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in either BGC
