We’re Hiring: Data and Financial Analyst
Location: Davao City (Onsite)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 25,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex financial models for investments, joint ventures, and real estate deals.
- Analyze market trends, financial statements, and transactional data.
- Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, and investment memos.
- Collaborate with teams to support due diligence and decision-making.
- Handle multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- 0–5 years experience in data or financial analysis, real estate, or consulting
- Advanced Excel skills (including modeling) and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is a plus but not required
