Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

Prepares job broadcasts on various job portals for Rank and File level and ensure that job posting is accurate.
Sources and screens resumes for Rank and File candidates.
Searches and joins additional recruitment channels or groups.
Conducts initial interview to validate resume details and assess candidate fit for Rank and File level.
Coordinates interview schedules of hiring managers for Rank and File level.
Prepares, renews, and/or modifies job offers and employment contracts for Rank and File level.
Collects feedback from Rank and File level candidates on the recruitment and onboarding process.
Oversees the internship program

Onboarding

Coordinates the status of the Onboarding checklist to the Rank and File level new hires and Immediate Superior.
Coordinates the weekly onboarding training schedule for the Rank and File new hires.
Prepares advisory to all employees for new hires.

Reports and Documentation

Prepares and ensures completeness of candidates’ pre-employment requirements prior to on-boarding for all Rank and File level.
Monitors applicant requirements and follows up on the submission.
Files documents to 201 for Rank and File level.
Monitors and updates recruitment tracker; monitors aging manpower requests and fast-track critical/urgent requirements.
Prepares reports such as recruitment report, referral monitoring report, employment verification & character reference check, onboarding report, and background check report and ensure timely submission.
Maintains the employee database.
