Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Office Assistant with a flair for social media. This role combines traditional administrative support with light digital marketing tasks, helping the office run smoothly while also supporting our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties: filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence

Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars

Maintain inventory of office supplies and order when needed

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Support content creation and posting on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Help monitor engagement, respond to messages, and track basic analytics

Assist with promotional campaigns and event coordination

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)

Experience in an administrative role

Working knowledge of major social media platforms

Comfortable with basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc. is a bonus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Creative mindset and attention to detail
