Job Description
* Participate in on-site property inspections and vicinity mapping to support evaluations of property condition, structure, and location context.
* Engage in the research and analysis of comparable sales, market trends, and economic indicators relevant to property valuation.
* Collect, maintain, and update data for use in statistical reports and real estate publications.
* Contribute to economic, demographic, and real estate research efforts under the guidance of senior analysts.
* Compiling and organizing research findings for internal reports and client presentations.
* Contribute to the team's financial analysis, report writing, and preparation of presentation materials.
