Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Salary: Php 70,000-100,000 gross

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
• With relevant Professional Certification, is an advantage.
• With at least 5 years of work experience in managing a team in financing or banking Industry.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions. Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Excellent in communication, leadership and organization skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the unit. Their duties include different tasks related to overseeing a company’s computer networks and improving the company’s network systems, relaying information between upper management and department employees

• Managing IT personnel involves supervising, hiring, and training them
• Analyzing the IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness
• Monitoring the everyday performance of IT systems such as computers, applications, and networks.
• Installing new improvements to hardware and software
• Troubleshooting and improving overall efficiency
• Developing data backup systems and disaster recovery plans
• Keeping up with the latest IT innovations in the industry
