Job Description
Responsible in achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidate; advising Immediate Head, Managers and key account’s requests; managing relocations and intern program.
Monitor the activities and deliverables of their team and ensure that they meet their targets as stated by the customer, management and Service Level Agreement.
Qualifications
1. Professional Qualifications
• Must be a college graduate. Preferably graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or any related course.
• Minimum of one (1) year job related experience.
• Above average in recruitment and selection, records management, communication skills and employee relations.
2. Personal Qualifications
• Is computer literate and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, Innovative, Flexible, Team Player, Goal and Result Oriented, Demonstrate personal integrity and honesty
