Position: eCommerce Magento Support Analyst
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: UP Technohub Quezon City
Work Schedule: Flexible (2pm-6pm)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up

Job Requirements:
Graduate of Information Technology or any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
Experience of eCommerce system configuration (Magento, Shopify, Wix etc.)
Experience of quality testing system configuration
Experience working with a multi-cultural organization across time zone and country boundaries

Job Responsibilities:
Utilizing our eCommerce platform (Magento),
Convert the registration requirements into front-end user interface and some manual Magento manipulation
Responsible for ensuring the configuration and registration forms are accurate and error free
Responsible investigate and pinpoint configuration problems, provide enhancements to operational procedures, and procedures
Recognize the intricate RX product architecture, the end-to-end procedures, and how these affect Registration of Mercury
