We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
Provide assistance to customers with travel and hospitality-related concerns, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Deliver clear, accurate solutions to customer issues.
Uphold excellent communication standards in every interaction.
What We're Looking For:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic analytical skills and accurate typing abilities
