Job Description
- Perform regular reconciliation of Sales, Cost of Sales and WIP Inventory
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of Service Billing's attachments and SAP entries (Sales, Cost of Sales and Inventory Accounts)
- Set-up contractor payables through Goods Receipt posting in SAP
- Perform monthly and year-end Inventory count of BP consumables and Tool Room
- Prepare and submit schedule of used, unused and cancelled invoices
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year solid accounting experience
- Must have experience in SAP or related ERP accounting systems.
- Must have experience in sales tracking, cost of sales and inventory
- Must have experience in accounts payables management
- Must be willing to work onsite in Lipa, Batangas
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Salary:
- ₱19,000.00 Monthly
