Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Staff to help ensure our organization adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal compliance processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track, manage, and maintain compliance documentation to ensure it is consistently up-to-date, accurate, and properly organized.
• Maintain secure and confidential records of all compliance activities, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and internal business requirements across the organization.
• Support compliance audits and reviews to ensure alignment with internal policies, legal obligations, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing compliance issues, audit findings, and recommended corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all compliance obligations are understood and effectively met.
• Provide documentation and administrative support during internal investigations, as required.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting the company’s annual ISO certifications and ongoing compliance efforts.
• Offer administrative and logistical assistance to facilitate smooth business and operational workflows.
• Contribute to audit-related activities including process improvements, data management, and analytical tasks.
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by the audit and compliance team.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course is required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Compliance, Business Process, or related role is preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a high level of initiative
