Field Sales Agent

Job Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred, but undergraduates with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Must be residing within the Quezon province and familiar with local routes and directions.
- Proficiency in the local dialect or mother tongue (e.g., Bisaya, Ilocano, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and attend meetings at the head office in Quezon City when required by the Immediate Head.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
- Assess customer needs accurately and recommend suitable products.
- Promote best-selling products and trusted brands to clients.
- Explain product features and benefits in detail to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight product advantages.
- Inform customers about special promotions and limited-time offers.
- Negotiate fair and profitable transactions with customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure overdue payments.
- Provide accurate reports on competitor activities, pricing trends, and inventory levels to the Immediate Head.
- Conduct regular visitations to existing clients and identify potential customers during fieldwork in assigned areas.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Field Sales Supervisor.
