Job Description

The Telephone Operator manages incoming and outgoing calls, handle guest requests, and ensures smooth communication within the hotel.

Job Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and handle guest requests efficiently
- Proficiency in hotel PABX and reservation systems is an advantage
- Must maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone
