Job Description
* Verifies the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA for customer complaints.
* Develop and implement OTP and SWOT analysis as per ISO requirements.
* Responds to the findings of internal and external audits.
* Able to spearhead the problem investigation
Job Qualifications
* Engineering Graduate; Supervisory, organizational, and planning skills.
* At least 3 years of significant work experience in Quality Assurance (Supervisory Level)
* Computer Literate
* Able to use electronic mail and basic MS applications like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Proficient in oral and written communications
* With strong interpersonal skills.
* Physically Fit.
