If you’ve completed at least 2 years of college and have at least 3 months of experience in a call center, plus solid communication skills, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their financial service needs
Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

Needed Qualifications
Completed a minimum of 2 years in college
At least 3 months of BPO experience
Strong speaking and listening skills with the ability to give clear and helpful responses
