Job Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records and orders.
• Stay informed on company policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• High school graduates (or equivalent) are welcome; college undergraduates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train motivated learners!
• Must be able to work on-site and attend on-site interviews.

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to Php 30,000 per month
