Job Description
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to be part of our awesome team in Ortigas, Pasig!
What You’ll Do
Help customers with their questions and product concerns, mainly electronics.
Provide friendly support through calls, emails, or chat.
Make sure each customer gets a smooth and satisfying experience.
What We’re Looking For
High School (Old curriculum) or ALS graduate
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setup
Can communicate well and handle customer concerns with ease
What You’ll Get
